Data collected and purposes

• Booking requests: name, phone, e-mail, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and bags, message. Purpose: handle your request, prepare the quote, organise and invoice the ride. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.
• Reviews: rating, first name, city, journey, text. Purpose: publish reviews after verification. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention

Requests not followed by a ride: 3 years after last contact. Completed rides: legal retention period for accounting records (10 years). Reviews: until you ask for deletion.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended solely for AD Transfers. It is hosted by Lioom.ai on servers located in France; the site is delivered by Cloudflare. When the calendar is connected, booked slots are written to the chauffeur's Google Calendar. Your data is never sold.

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), data access restricted to the booking service only, protection against automated submissions.
